- Recruit Business Associate.
- Coordinate for the regulatory training
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly Business meetings
- Income and Goal setting exercise for the month
- Joint field work along with business associates
- Achieve monthly objectives and targets
- Motivate advisors and business associates for the various contests of sales.
- Maintain a healthy relationships with customers and distributors
- Work on the opportunity of cross-selling and upsell
