Manager - Sales Development - Insurance (2-9 yrs)
Job Summary:
You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with agents and providing them with the necessary support and guidance to succeed. Your ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team will be essential for achieving individual and team sales objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance agents to expand the agency network.
- Set individual and team sales targets and provide regular performance feedback to agents.
- Conduct training programs and workshops to enhance agents' product knowledge, selling skills, and market awareness.
- Guide agents in prospecting, lead generation, and converting leads into sales opportunities.
- Monitor agents' performance, provide coaching and support to improve sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, fostering a positive work environment.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Min. 2 Years Exp in Field Sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented
