Manager - Sales Development - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
Are you a driven and results-oriented sales professional looking to take your career to the next level?
In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting for new leads, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales team. You will also be instrumental in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email marketing, and social media
- Qualify leads to determine their needs and fit for products or services
- Set appointments for the sales team with qualified leads
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products or services
- Research and identify potential new markets or customer segments
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales development role or related field
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the sales process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
