Manager - Sales Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Development Manager to lead and mentor our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). You will drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and ensure alignment with sales goals to contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of SDRs to achieve sales goals.
