Manager - Sales Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and create new business opportunities with both existing and potential customers, aligned with our sales strategy.
- Focus on client retention by consistently meeting their expectations.
- Oversee daily sales activities, including proposals, service agreements, prospecting, and market expansion.
- Provide valuable customer feedback to the service team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Submit reports as required.
- Assist in the debt collection process.
Requirements:

- 1-5 years of sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Negotiation skills with clients
- A collaborative team player
A valid two-wheeler license
