Summary:
As a Sales Development Manager, you will work with our thriving BFSI and insurance division to manage a top-performing sales team and increase client satisfaction and revenue.
Job Description:
- Manage and inspire a sales team to accomplish revenue goals in the BFSI and insurance industries.
- Create and implement successful sales strategy to increase market presence.
- Recognize new business prospects and keep up with market developments.
- To promote business growth, cultivate and sustain good client connections.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferable) in business, finance, or a related subject.
- Two years of field sales experience in the BFSI, insurance industry, sales, and marketing that can be proven.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and industry rules.
