Manager - Sales Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Our company is looking for Agency Development Manager to join our team and to Recruit quality agents as per the standards defined by the company.
Agency Manager Responsibilities:
- Recruiting a team of financial advisors on commission basis and generate the business.
- Monitoring & following process for driving sales through your advisors.
- Doing Performance Review of your Advisors.
- Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities.
Agency Manager Requirements:
- Experience: 2 + years of experience in field sales.
- Min. Graduate with
- Required: 10+2+3 or graduates, localities, open to frontline sales.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to lead and motivate sales teams.
