Manager - Sales Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
We are searching for highly driven individuals with a background in sales who can collaborate with others and work outside the office.
Duties and commitments include :
- Speak with clients in order to understand their changing demands and gauge the quality of our relationship with them.
- Create leads; - Mentor, inspire, and coach a team of sales managers;
- Establish and preserve connections with clients.
- Meet with potential customers to establish enduring relationships and discover their needs.
- Achieving predetermined sales targets.
- Coordinating lead-generating and marketing operations.

- Age: 21 to 38 years old
- Experience: Any field sales need a minimum of two years of experience.
- Education: Completed graduation in any stream
