Manager - Sales Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
To recruit and develop a Personal Financial Advisors resulting in the generation of new business and renewal of existing business.
Roles:
- To confirm that the agents have licences and are assembling their own team.
- To increase the efficiency of both new and experienced agents
- To increase performance, the PFA should undertake sales marketing.
- To instruct and guide PFAs in offering clients need-based solutions
- To provide new business and renewal business via both new and experienced agents.
Candidate Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
- 1- or 2-years' Experience on Sales and Marketing/BFSI
- Strong Leadership,
- Communication Skills.
- Problem Solving Skills.
- Local candidate.
