Manager - Sales Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
As a Sales Development Manager, your main responsibility is to lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in identifying and qualifying potential customers. Your goal is to generate quality leads and kick start the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to find potential customers.
- Ensure leads meet criteria before passing to sales.
- Analyze team performance and report results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales development.
- Set clear goals, targets, and performance expectations for the SDR team.
- Implement lead scoring and lead nurturing processes to maximize conversion rates.
- Generate regular reports for management to evaluate the team's contribution to revenue goals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree is a plus).
- Understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
- Minimum 2 years Work experiences in banking industry specializing in Sales area.
- Must be a local candidate
- Age range: 22 to 38 years
