Manager - Sales Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
The goal is to grow the insurance business by actively seeking out and recruiting new customers. To provide all pre- and post-sales support and services to clients. Ensure not just that the target is met, but also that the business grows consistently each quarter.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential clients and building rapport through networking, cold calling, and referrals, among other methods;
- Identifying clients' requirements and wants and selling the right insurance product; and
- Revaluating the policy needs of existing clients at regular intervals.
- Achieve goals in order to contribute to the general success of the organization.
- Ensure that sales and other operations run smoothly in order to maximize business potential.
- Interact with consumers on a regular basis, answering their questions and ensuring that insurance plans are renewed on schedule.
Candidate Profile:
- Must be Graduated
- Mini. 2 Years of Exp. in Banking or Insurance.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
