Manager - Sales Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- Driving business development through effective leadership, planning, execution, and implementation.
- Identify, develop, maintain and leverage own key business accounts through market development and customer development activities
- Ensure that necessary liaison and groundwork are initiated for exploring and executing product registration in key institutions
- Explore newer avenues as Key accounts for future business generation.
Candidate Requirement :
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: Min 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing fieldwork
- CTC: Up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
- The candidate must be local to the same city
- Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Strong work ethics
- Strong Decision-Making Ability to manage time efficiently.
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
