Manager - Sales Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- Recruitment of advisor effectively communicates with every day to reach advisor targets and performs daily Transaction either Personally or by phone.
- Managing monthly and weekly meetings with advisors to discuss our plan to achieve the target.
- Keep advisor calls tracker and manage their leads. Responsible for updating the team with adequate knowledge of the industry.
- Delivers useful information to the team about membership club and internal Contest, reward, and recognition.
Candidate Requirement :
- Qualification: Any graduate
- Experience: Min 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing fieldwork
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
- The candidate must be local to the same city
- Ability to handle team
- Communication Skills
