Manager - Sales Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- To follow daily and weekly preventive maintenance schedules.
- Management of manpower and material required.
- Work on leads given by the bank.
- To handle customers for their complaints and give them proper guidance.
- Identifying & Appoint potential Insurance Consultants or Advisors
- Driving business targets through Insurance Advisors
- Coaching and preparing advisors for higher productivity
- Managing monthly and weekly meetings with advisors to discuss our plan to achieve the target.
Candidate Requirement :
- Qualification : Any graduate
- Experience : Min 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing fieldwork
- CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
- The candidate must be local to the same city
- Ability to handle team
- Ability to meet deadlines
