DESCRIPTION:
The Sales Development Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets, recruit new agents, and provide ongoing coaching and support. The role involves recruiting, training, and coaching agents, managing client relationships, and implementing strategies to maximize sales and profitability for the insurance products offered.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales agents to meet sales goals.
- Recruit and onboard new agents, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching.
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Report on team performance, sales results, and market insights.
