Job Description:-
- Guide the SDR team to identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and networking.
- Manage, mentor, and train a team of SDRs to maximize performance and productivity.
- Monitor the progression of leads from initial contact to qualification, ensuring proper handoff to the sales team.
- Continuously review and refine sales development processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
