Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to lead our SDR team, develop strategies for lead generation, and drive sales growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve the sales pipeline and ensure team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the SDR team to achieve sales goals.

- Develop and implement lead generation strategies and processes.

- Train, coach, and provide feedback to SDRs for continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns.

- Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular reports.

- Continuously improve lead qualification processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

- 1+ years in sales development, with 2+ years in a management role.

- Proven success in driving sales and managing teams.

- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

- Bachelors Degree is Mandatory

- Experience in B2B sales or SaaS preferred.
