Manager - Sales Development - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Seek out and develop excellent advisors.
- Determine the agents' training requirements and work with trainers to improve skills
- Maintain a steady flow of sales by managing well.
- To increase productivity and retention, track and improve agent capabilities.
- Organize sales procedures to meet revenue targets.
- Adopt monitoring and follow-up protocols to increase advisor-driven sales.
Candidate Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year in field sales.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Candidates with 10+2+3 degrees or graduates.
