Title:- Sales Development Manager

Job Summary:-

A strategic Sales Development Manager will lead our SDR team in driving innovative sales growth. The ideal candidate will transform our lead generation process, build a high-performance team, and create scalable strategies that accelerate our company's market penetration and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Design and implement a scalable sales development process for our product

- Recruit, train, and coach a high-performance SDR (Sales Development Representative) team

- Develop comprehensive performance metrics and KPI tracking systems

- Create targeted outreach strategies leveraging multi-channel communication

- Collaborate closely with marketing to align lead generation and qualification efforts

- Utilize CRM and sales intelligence tools to optimize prospecting techniques

- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and provide strategic guidance to team members.

Candidate Profile:-

Age:- 21 to 38 years

Qualification:- Minimum Graduation is required

Experience:- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales and Marketing

CTC:- 3.3 LPA + Incentives

Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
