Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to lead our sales development team. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate new business opportunities, nurture leads, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to meet and exceed lead generation targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales development strategies to identify and qualify new business opportunities.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment in lead generation and conversion strategies.

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize outreach efforts and improve team productivity.

- Conduct regular training and performance reviews to support the growth and development of the SDR team.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation within the team.

Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 1 year of experience in Field sales.

- Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling sales development teams.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
