Manager - Sales Development - Insurance (1-10 yrs)
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Job Description
- It is a field job. You will have to travel within the assigned geography to meet channel partner teams and customers.
- You will be evaluated on your ability to meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners.
- You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement.
- Company believes in technology driven sales and you will learn new technology/Mobility enhancements, to comply with the Sales Management Process.
- As a business professional you will be uphold organizational values in every action and ensure business ethics and integrity. You are expected to be compliant to regulatory and statutory regulations
Requirements :
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Graduation from any field
- 2 years of experience in sales & Marketing
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
