Sales Development :
1 Responsible for creating and updating DRCP for SDEs, Responsible for Distribution Expansion objectives for their area.
2 Field Marketing Modules : Ensure proper implementation On to One and One to Many user engagement through SDEs.
Competition Fighting : Keep a track of competition activities in the area, capture and share the same with ZMs
Large Use Connect : Personally, adopt Top-10 Stone Users, ACP Fabricators and Grass fabricators of the area.
3. Engage End Users : Implement training programs for skill development of users like Stone Users, ACP Fabricators and Grass fabricators, etc. as per MDP.
4. Effective implementation of Product Launch : Ensure proper implementation of Pre-launch, Launch and Post launch activations for New Product launches as per PUL and launch modules.
5. Market Feedback : Responsible for providing timely & meaningful feedbacks on various initiatives
6. People Management : Ensure induction for new joiners in SDEs as per the Induction Module.
- Training of SDEs on new modules and refresher sessions on existing modules.
7. Pilot Projects for New/Re-Launch products : Ensure execution of marketing plans for pilot projects as per the guidelines of HO
8. Reporting : Submit Monthly Report as per approved index in OAAP format to ZM with a copy to HO - Field Marketing.
