Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruit, Train and motivate your team mates Work as a leader for your team
- Monitoring team performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Maintain and develop good relationship with existing retailers.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to improve your product's sales
- They assess the needs of a business, implement training and development plans, and facilitate a wide variety of training programs
Qualification & Skills :
- Graduated From any field
- Minimum 2 years experience in field sales is required
- Ability to convince and influence others
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
- Goal orientation despite pressures and setbacks
- And for Senior position 2 years in BFSI sector is mandatory
