Roles and Responsibilities :
- Strategically locates, cultivates, defines, and closes commercial partnerships to strengthen position in the market.
- Finds trendsetter ideas through industry and relevant announcements, publications, and events research.
- Keeps track of each contributor's achievements.
- Finds or contacts possible partners to make business proposals.
- Finds and investigates potential prospects.
- Evaluates market tactics, transaction needs, and financials to filter possible company deals.
- Determines internal priorities and assesses available options.
- Suggests making equity investments.
- Studies the integration of the new venture with the company's operations and strategies to develop bargaining positions and strategies.
- Looks at the potentials and hazards of the business possibilities.
- Estimates the aims and needs of partners.
- Coordinates requirements, drafts and negotiates contracts, and integrates contract requirements with corporate operations to close new business deals.
