Manager - Sales Development - BFSI (1-7 yrs)
The Sales Development Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents in the agency channel. The goal is to drive sales growth, ensure agents meet targets, and expand the agency network.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit and onboard new agents.
- Provide training, support, and coaching to agents.
- Set and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor agent performance and provide feedback.
- Build strong relationships with agents and help expand market reach.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements :
- 1-2 years in sales and field sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products and sales processes.
- Bachelor's degree
- Willingness to travel.
