Manager - Sales Development - BFSI (1-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Bancassurance Sales: Create and implement strategies to promote our insurance offerings via the banking channel, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Cross-Selling: Spot opportunities to offer additional financial and insurance products to existing banking customers, strengthening relationships and boosting revenue.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee and enhance a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and engagement while meeting sales goals.
- Sales Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and promotional activities that drive growth.
- Training & Development: Train and support banking staff on insurance products, effective sales methods, and best customer service practices.
- Market Insights: Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities in the Bancassurance space.
- Performance Analysis: Track sales performance data to evaluate the success of sales strategies and recommend data-backed improvements.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, ideally within the banking or insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of the Bancassurance model and banking sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships successfully.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- A results-driven attitude and a passion for meeting sales targets.
