Manager - Sales Development - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
The Sales Development Manager (SDM) plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of the business by managing and coaching the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team.
Key Responsibility:
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track key metrics like lead conversion rates, activity levels, and pipeline status.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives, driving team motivation and performance.
- Work closely with the marketing department to create and execute outbound campaigns that drive lead generation efforts.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 21-38 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
