We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Development Manager to drive sales growth in the agency channel. This role involves mentoring advisor partners, implementing effective sales strategies, and working closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost agency performance.

- Recruit, train, and mentor advisor partners.

- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities.

- Organize training sessions and workshops for advisors.

- Build and maintain strong advisor relationships.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree.

- 1 to 5 years of field sales experience.

- Proven track record in sales and team management.

- Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills.

- Must be local.

CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefits
