Job description :
Tekpillar is seeking candidates with the greatest sales and marketing experience. Candidate should have previous team management experience.
Roles & Responsibility :
- Find competent financial consultants from open market
- Take care of your agents and advisors and active for output for business
- By using your agents, discover new business opportunities
- Assign them a task in sales and encourage them.
- Obtain the sales objective through intensives.
- Outstanding people and leadership abilities
Candidate prerequisite :
- Must have a bachelor degree.
- Field sales experience of at least two years
- The capacity to manage a group of advisors
- Not to be a job-hopper
- Ready to go on sale
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : 300,000.00 - 400,000.00 per year
