Job Purpose : Recruitment and Development of PFA, new and renewal business generation through a team of engaged PFA.

Key Responsibilities :

Managerial Responsibilities :

1. Licensing of the agent.

2. New and vintage agent productivity.

3. Maintain healthy renewal business.

Functional Responsibilities :

1. Co-ordination with operations for new business issuance and renewal collection.

2. Co-ordination between customer and PFA for smooth functioning of renewal collection and also for up sale and cross sale.

3. Successful implementation of different sales promotion for the PFA.

4. Coaching and mentoring intervention for the PFAS.

Job Requirements :

Qualifications: Typically a graduate with an MBA

Experience: Minimum 3 years sales experience. Handling team of minimum 5 will be an added advantage.

- Basic understanding of AML
