Manager - Sales Development - Agency Channel - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibility:
- The Agency Manager will be responsible for handling a team of advisors and driving the development of a strong variable agency model in the assigned geography.
- Achieving top-line revenue targets through the variable agency model and meeting renewal targets for the channel will be key responsibilities.
- Experience in building a sales team and scaling it up
- Candidates must have excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with a strong knowledge of the life insurance market and products.
- Prior experience in building and scaling a sales team is preferred, and fluency in local and English language is required.
Candidates Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
