Manager - Sales Development - Agency Channel - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
The Insurance Agency Channel Representative is responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with insurance agencies. This position is responsible for driving sales growth, retention, and profitability of the insurance agency channel. The Insurance Agency Channel Representative will work closely with underwriters, marketing, and other internal teams to achieve these goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a sales plan to drive growth within the insurance agency channel.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers at insurance agencies.
- Conduct training and presentations to insurance agencies on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and pricing.
- Identify opportunities to improve agency performance and profitability.
- Collaborate with underwriters to ensure appropriate risk selection and pricing.
- Collaborate with marketing to create and execute campaigns targeting insurance agencies.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on progress towards sales goals.
- Manage and resolve any issues or concerns raised by insurance agencies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive activity.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
