Responsibility:
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth in alignment with company objectives. Monitor market trends and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Sales Target Management:
Set clear sales targets for your team and hold them accountable for meeting or exceeding quotas. Track and analyze sales performance, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects. Act as the point of contact for high-profile accounts, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term business relationships.
- Reporting & Analytics:
Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management on team performance, market trends, and potential business opportunities. Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve results.

- Proven ability to drive sales performance and meet or exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Strong ability to build long-term, trusted relationships with clients, providing solutions that meet their needs and add value to their business.
- Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and customer needs to develop and execute effective strategies.
- Able to adapt quickly to changes in market conditions, customer demands, and company priorities.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Experience:
4+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Sales Expertise:
Deep understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Experience with B2B sales or industry-specific sales techniques is preferred.
- Analytical & Reporting Skills:
Strong ability to analyze sales data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions. Comfortable creating and presenting reports to senior management.
- Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present and negotiate effectively with clients, senior leadership, and internal teams.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred:
- Industry Experience:
Experience in Tech industry cyber security or familiarity with the products/services your company offers is a plus.
- Certifications:
Sales-related certifications such as Certified Sales Leader (CSL) or similar will be advantageous.
