Reporting to: President Sales & Customer Relations
Business: Residential Real Estate
Location: Bangalore
Role Purpose :
Point of contact for the customers and the sales team. Ensure every enquiry that comes into the system is attended immediately. Ensure customers are delighted by the experience they receive. Educate customers on who TE is and what we do
Scope :
- Lead Qualification
- Lead Generation
- Follow up
- Site visit conversions
Responsibility :
- Handle all sales enquiries through inbound and outbound calls and other sources
- Undertake research to understand potential verticals or sectors
- Identify the list of prospects that may need the organization's products
- Lead qualification, where business requirements of clients are validated and mapped with the organization's offerings
- Send follow up emails, calls, scheduling site visits
- Identify pipeline and plan activities on a weekly basis
- Provide weekly reports and visibility on pipeline for planning and tracking leads and site visits
- Provide necessary support to the sales team
- After working hours calls to be called by 14 working hours
- All drop calls to be called within 4 working hours
Accountability :
- Site visit conversions through inbound and outbound calls
- Reviving interest in existing enquires
- Minimum of 50 outbound calls a day with minimum of 10 qualified leads
- All non-reachable enquiries at least 6 attempts of calls made
You will create an Impact if you :
- Understand prospect's precise requirements and map them to the organization's offerings
- Reduce the number of drop calls
Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience
- BBA| B. Com | MBA (In Marketing)
- Excellent communication and written skills. Good command over English & Hindi
- Flexible in timings, be willing to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
- Hard-working, persistent, detailed, quality and deliverable-oriented
- Ability to develop effective working relationships internally at a variety of levels and work closely with sales
- Ability to cope under pressure and prioritize work accordingly and be willing to learn new things
