Hiring for a Renowned Developer for their Premium Luxury Project in SOBO
Position: Sales Manager - Customer Experience Center
Location: Tardeo - South Mumbai
CTC: up to 20 LPA
Requiste:
- Applicants with 5+ yrs of Relevant Experience in Sales of Premium Luxury Real Estate (Ticket size 30 Cr and Above).
- Highly Professional, Very Presentable with Excellent Communication Skills,
- Experience in Handling HNI Customers, Investors & Corporate Clients
- Excellent Presentation Skills, Good Knowledge and understanding of the Real Estate Market, competitors and other Developers
- Formulate an overall Sales strategy for the residential business in order to create the brand value.-
- Manage and drive the Sales, Liaise with CRM team to achieve the collections targets -
- Ensure that all Sales MIS reports - Discuss the unique / distinguishing features of the projects and the estimated rates for sales with - IPCs / Corporates.
- Assist in launch of events/ marketing summits for the properties
