Manager - Sales - CSD/CPC/APO Channel - FMCG (6-10 yrs)
Job Description for the profile of CSD / CPC Sales Manager :
- Manage & increase the sales in our CSD/CPC channel of sales utilizing our network of the existing sales team.
- Manage the stock levels & display of our products at various outlets
- Review inventory levels and ensure product availability.
- Managing P&L and suggest action plans to keep the account profitable
- Must be able to Work Independently as per KRA- KPI agreed.
- Analysis of Market share and maintain branding of products.
- Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure that Material has been received as per order.
Qualifications & Skills Required :
Educational Qualifications : Any Graduate
Salary : Best in the industry
Experience : 6 -10 years of experience in Sales in the CSD (Defence -Canteen Stores Dept) or CPC (Central Police Forces) channel.
- Lead a high-performing team.
- Should be able to travel and generate leads across Pan India. (Assigned Region)
- Have Good communication, interpersonal skills & negotiation skills.
- Computer skills (Excel, Word)
