Manager - Sales - Cross Selling - Personal Loan (1-8 yrs)
- Set up and Manage Sales Team in respective locations
- Achieve of Business Target & Financial for Loyalty Personal Loans and other Product/ assigned responsibility that the company may enter into.
- Managing a team of Sales Executives.
- Acquire and manage relationship with internal & External stakeholders, including TW dealerships, Used Car Teams, End to end co-ordination with the credit Teams, Operations Teams, Product Team for sourcing of Leads, Improvement of Existing processes, disbursements, Clearing of discrepancies.
- Maintaining the Basic Standard Operating Processes (SOP), Policies & Hygiene, laid down by the company.
- Controlling the FEMI of each Loan and hence controlling delinquency for the assigned Locations
- Ensuring TAT & Accuracy for enhanced customer experience.
- Educate the customer specifically on not to bounce their EMIs.
- Manage all customer grievance / customer issues pertaining to loan disbursal.
- All responsibilities should be performed as per the company Values and guidelines mentioned in the company policies, as applicable and within the parameters of Company Code of Conduct.
- Focus on Digital Disbursement and process. Specially on E-mandate
