Job Summary:

Responsible for interacting with customers and vendors, you are going to be the face of the company. The skills required are good communication skills and problem solving mind-set.

Desired Profile:

1. Graduate in any stream

2. Good command on written/communicative English (or Should speak any of the regional language like-Teluge, Tamil, kannada, Gujarati, Marati, Malayalam)

3. Comfortable in working on computer/laptop and printer

4. Comfortable in Ms Word / Ms Excel

5. Good negotiation skills

6. A Good co-worker who gels with the team

The job shall have the following roles:

1. To interact with potential via channels-call,email,chat.

2. Converting potentials into Business.

3. Achieving Business target.

4. Managing relationship and repo with client

5. Updating the client data in CRM system

6. To make outbond calls to update the client about the service delivery and business update

7. To raise concern which client may be facing at delivery level

8. Client meeting in premises as well as customer premises

9. CRM management-ZOHO CRM

Qualification : Graduate

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (09:00 AM to 09:00 PM)
