Manager - Sales - Credit Card (4-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- To Achieve Fincon budget of Branches assigned, along with the desired activation rate.
- To drive credit cards sourcing through Digital route.
- Drive Productivity, manage costs of acquisition and ensure compliant sourcing processes
- Build and nurture relationships with the branch managers, PB, Relationship Managers and key employees for Lead generation
- To coach, mentor and motivate the team to enhance productivity, conduct training and refresher sessions
- To drive X Sell like Smart Pay, GHI, Forex, Card for sure, One Assist, Standing Instruction on Debit Card and Debit Card upgrades, Smart-Hub App.
- Adherence to laid down sales processes
- Right Card To Right Customer approach by upgrading existing card to ensure increased usage and spends
- Cross Sell to existing carded customers to ensure higher activation and usage.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidate should have exp in credit card sales .
- Looking for candidates who are worked in private banks only.
- Exp in team handling role
