Manager - Sales - Credit Card (3-7 yrs)
Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets as per goal sheet.
- Responsible for new credit card customer acquisition through pre-defined channel like Agency, Relationship Officers (DSTs) & own referrals within defined cost of acquisition.
- Build synergy with internal teams like MCC, Central product team, Liab / Assets and Contact center teams for seamless execution of business plan.
- Maintain knowledge on all bank products and services and assist to resolve customer queries
- Ensures all applications are fully and accurately completed and submitted properly and within specified TAT as per FRM guidelines.
- Managing Sales Quality by ensuring defined benchmarks on First Time Not Right (FTNR), Gross Approval Rate (GAR), and Rejects & Sourcing Mix.
- Ensure cross selling at the time of sale for high level of spend enablement.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge on products, policy and competition
- Attend and participate in regular staff meetings
- Adherence of Values driven via Personality Standards & Work commitment.
- Comply with Bank's policies and processes
