- Prior experience into Credit Cards
- Candidate with experience in driving credit card sales through online / digital / call center set up will be the right fit.
Job Responsibility -:
- Responsible for driving Credit card sales volumes (New cards, Cross sell, add-on cards) ART Channel
- Budget man power requirements, facilitate hiring and training of budgeted man power
- Formulate sales strategies to achieve the desired numbers.
- To monitor sales executives efficiency in terms of productivity and quality of application sourced
- Responsible for ensuring appropriate sales processes are followed, and the highest levels of controls and compliance are adhered.
- Complaints & Escalations Management on Sales Complaints and implementing learning to strengthening sales governance.
