Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor trends for competition in the marketplace.
- Sourcing of business through direct marketing and networking.
- Identifying client leads and developing new client base.
- Maintain strong closing ratios.
- Ensure proper client management and build rapport with the clients.
- Account Management.
- Responsible for the entire lease related paperwork.
