- Major Concentration was towards air/ Ocean Product, new business generation across South East Asia, Europe & Far East trade lane was primary focus.
- Enhance business relationship with the existing global customers and develop new business lanes.
- Ensure speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximize client satisfaction levels and in developing good relationship with customers.
- Monitor freight quotes for air/sea shipments and negotiate rates/charges and other local expenses applicable with principles and associate agents.
- Participate in preparing forecast revenue budget for the station.
- Contribution to Route Development and Vertical marketing.
- Handle Request for Quote- [RFQ] effectively with required data thereby assist overseas branches in securing global accounts.
- Prepare the reports like weekly, quarterly and give the power point presentation to the management.
- Effectively identify and develop new lanes, routes and services.
- Ensure to achieve revenue target
