Manager - Sales - Cosmetics (8-10 yrs)
We are hiring a suitable candidate for a post of Sales Manager (Online and Offline) at a leading Beauty Products company based at Vasai, Mumbai.
The expected candidate profile is as mentioned below:
Candidate shall be open to travel PAN India as per requirement.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Offline Sales
- Identifying, Cold Calling, Sampling, Visiting and Finalizing distributors / wholesalers across FMCG market.
- Identifying supermarket Stores and finalizing product placement.
- Monitoring and identifying potential products that can be launched as per market requirements and competitor analysis
- Identifying new modes of sales for ever changing market and consumer requirements
- Planning monthly offers, schemes and promotional activities for existing and new partners
- Identifying new and practical packaging options and concepts for sustainable product packaging
2. Online Sales
- Coordinating sales (Artwork Designing, Content writing, product listing, boosting sales) across company website and marketplaces
- Deciding new strategies for digital marketing
- Monitoring and identifying potential products that can be launched as per market requirements and competitor analysis
- Identifying new marketplaces (domestic and global)
Technical Knowhow
- Basic PnL and margin analysis
- Basic understanding of promotional artwork design
- Good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Should be able to search effectively on Google
