Manager - Sales - Cosmetics (12-15 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Prepare business plan for sales through General trade channel
- Responsible for Monthly sales, planning and forecasting, ensuring effective distribution of products by working closely with dealers & distributors and assist in product promotion.
- Enhance sales of the company's products and services.
- Build a strong team of professionals for general trade channels and facilitate in their target achievement.
- The incumbent will be responsible for Planogram, Visibility of products.
- The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring maximum efficiencies (Fill rates- Stock Fill /Case Fill).
- The incumbent will be working closely with the Trade Marketing Team for Trade Marketing Initiatives and Execution.
- The incumbent will be responsible for Customer Relationship management at Regional Level.
Selection Criteria :
- Candidate must have experience of Cosmetics Sales
- Candidate should have handled North India
- Minimum 12 years of experience in General Trade
