Manager - Sales - Corporate Vertical - Banking (1-3 yrs)
Roles And Responsibility :
- To call and Communicate With Clients.
- 80% of Leads will be provided
- 20% of leads are to be generated from natural markets or references.
- Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
- Selling the insurance product of the tied insurance company.
- Coordinating between Bank and company from Lead generation to policy conversion
Candidate Profile :
- Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Experience : 1 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales/BFSI/Life Insurance
- Age : 21 to 38 years.
- Local candidates hire first.
- Have good negotiation skills.
- Leadership qualities
- Team Leading.
