Manager - Sales - Corporate Broking - BFSI (4-6 yrs)
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Achievement of business target allotted
2.New business Acquisition through corporate client
3.Broker's business Acquisition
4.New corporate accounts relationship management
5.New business development through direct meetings with client and brokers
6.Fire , Marine, Liability knowledge should be preferred having good exposure in relationship management.
7.Develop business relationship with corporate/brokers to generates leads and convert that into business
8. Servicing existing clients/ brokers.
9. Management of MIS
10. Coordinate with internal departments for Quote, policies and claims
Note - We are looking at 70% (New Acquistion) / 30 % (Managing Existing ).
We are ok to look at someone from GI , Financial Services (BFSI), Brokers .
Ok to look at someone who is handling SME Business.
Someone who is handling small ticket size or Agents will work, but the product line should be commercial(Property , Marine , Fire )
