Responsibilities :
- Build a strong relationship with the sales team of the bank channel partners.
- Achieve sales targets as per channel strategy
- Meet prospective customers with the channel sales team to sell insurance solutions.
- Provide pre-and post-sales support (e.g., claim settlement)
- Ensure quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)
- Enable channel sales team to use the latest digital platforms
- Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.
- Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.
- Analysing performance and drawing up action plans.
Agency manager Requirements :
- Graduate
- 1 year of sales insurance experience is a must, 2 years of work experience.
- One with a pleasant personality, good communication skills, and a go-getter attitude.
- One who loves the challenge of chasing and meeting sales targets.
- Good leadership skills.
- Excellent time management.
