Manager - Sales Coordination - Auto (4-8 yrs)
Description:
- We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.
- The goal is to facilitate the team's activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
- Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by leading, developing, and motivating sales associates
- Providing ongoing training, motivation, and development of sales associates to ensure that sales and profits are effectively managed and maintained
- Meeting or exceeding targeted sales quotas and productivity standards
- Providing consistent and motivated leadership and direction to all staff and team members
- Ensuring compliance with all company, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Ensuring that sales staff is appropriately trained and competent to perform their job duties
- Providing exceptional customer service to all customers on a daily basis
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies
- Open for travelling pan India.
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE :
- 5+ year Experience
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
