Manager - Sales Coordination - Agri (3-10 yrs)
1) Coordinate effectively between the sales team and other departments in the organization
2) Coordinate between Sales team and the Distribution Channel
3) Connect Sales leaders and the rest of the sales team effectively thru setting up of review meetings, monitoring WhatsApp Groups etc
4) Take charge of Legal requirements in the Distribution Channel
5) Help marketing function in conducting Customer Research in the Field
6) Connect with Distributors for Collections etc
7) Help national sales head to conduct performance review of sales team by maintaining integrity and confidentiality
8) Help create / collate MIS and distribute the same to the teams in manner required
9) Connect with production to make sure relevant stocks are always available for sales
10) Maintain all external vendor relations in a pleasant manner and escalate complaints quickly
- Candidate should be mature and good in communication 3-5 years of sales experience will be preferred along with Good Commercial Acumen
